An example of an integrated communication and user solution for a product-oriented experience. In the background, there is an active website for the “reservation system” and 24\/7 assistance for the guest. Also part of the solution is a digital user experience (app), which the guest – traveler uses for guidance and orientation on the tour, as well as for information on what and where in the surroundings – along the path, the route – can be expected. A set of user elements, a reservation system and an operating platform give the traveler confidence and worry-free exploration of the destination. Such a solution can always be upgraded or changed according to current conditions. The applications are also adapted to the way of exploration (hiking, cycling, e-car…).
