It is an area focused on the continuous development of new products for visitors and the introduction of new technologies to aid research. We develop targeted experience solutions for the tourism industry and destinations. This is based on a carefully crafted and comprehensive experience product, oriented towards a digital user experience, combined with the use of “classic” travel aids. We are aware of people’s needs, which is why we approach project-oriented experiences strategically. Based on the current situation at the destination and the facts, we add useful value to the products, prepare the content, take care of the image and branding. In the process, we build appropriate digital user solutions and take care of effective components of the tourist product.

Our solutions for directed experiences are based on solid foundations in many years of development.


17 years of planing and developing products of customer-focused experiences. In the year 2008 we have obtained some of the needed knowledge in Sydney. 


Between the years 2012 – 2021, based on our customer-focused experience solutions, a revenue of 23-25 million Euros has been generated.


We have developed 55 successful touristic products of customer-focused experiences, which are used and marketed by 15 companies and destinations around the world.

Offering a focused experience has many advantages for the guest exploring a certain destination. The solutions are suitable for actively experiencing the destination: cycling, hiking, culinary experiences, themed experiences, … and in a combination of several consecutive and different – diverse activities. They are also an excellent solution for multi-day experiential explorations – arranged package experiences – which can be designed as desired and marketed worldwide.

The guided experience is a combination of digital user experiences and classic travel elements. All elements together combine the services of the providers and other content at the destination and thus form a high-quality and simple – useful – solution for the guest.

An example of an integrated communication and user solution for a product-oriented experience. In the background, there is an active website for the “reservation system” and 24/7 assistance for the guest. Also part of the solution is a digital user experience (app), which the guest – traveler uses for guidance and orientation on the tour, as well as for information on what and where in the surroundings – along the path, the route – can be expected. A set of user elements, a reservation system and an operating platform give the traveler confidence and worry-free exploration of the destination. Such a solution can always be upgraded or changed according to current conditions. The applications are also adapted to the way of exploration (hiking, cycling, e-car…). With the solution, we connect all STAKEHOLDERS, local providers and others on a certain route, so that the holidays are organized into one product.

We have extensive experience in designing and developing experiences and designing the necessary elements for composite experience products. We have the knowledge, we understand the modern needs of the consumer and we know our way around the destination. In the development phase, we carry out an integrated design and produce the entire range of necessary communication elements and branding of the product. We also take care of content and content marketing on all key channels. We excel in the process of digitalizing routes, trails and products and creating a website with an extended user experience for the traveler – researcher (user app).
